Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Elite Casino UK website (elitecasinouk.co.uk) and your participation in any competitions operated by Elite Casino UK Limited, Company No: NI666398. By entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be aged 18 or over to enter any competition
• You must be a resident of the United Kingdom
• Employees of Elite Casino UK and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter
• You must have a valid email address and be contactable by phone

3. Competition Entries

Each entry ticket costs the amount stated on the competition listing. Once purchased, entries are non-refundable. Ticket numbers are randomly generated and allocated immediately upon successful payment. There is no limit to the number of entries you can purchase per competition unless otherwise stated.

4. Draws

Draws will take place either when all tickets have been sold or on the published draw date, whichever occurs first. Winners are selected using a certified random number generator. The draw process may be recorded and published on our social media channels. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prizes

Prizes are as described on the competition listing. Where a cash alternative is offered, the winner may choose either the prize or the stated cash amount. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged except as stated. Cash alternatives are paid tax-free via bank transfer. Prize delivery will be arranged within 14 working days of the draw.

6. Alternative Postal Entry

A free postal entry route is available for each competition. To enter by post, send a handwritten postcard or sealed envelope with your full name, email address, phone number, and the name of the competition to: Elite Casino UK, Postal Entries, Belfast, Northern Ireland. One free entry will be allocated per postal entry received. Entries must be received before the draw date.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email and telephone within 48 hours of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner. Winners consent to their first name, county, and prize being published for promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elite Casino UK shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in competitions, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for competition entries.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
